Three Rivers Systems relocates
Three Rivers Systems Inc., a maker of campus administrative software systems, has moved to new offices in Ellisville.
The site was bought and renovated to expand the company’s growing work force, said founder, owner and President Amir Tajkarimi.
The company doubled its office space last week when it moved from 16388 West Woods Business Park in Ellisville to a 21,000-square-foot building at 174 Clarkson Road in Ellisville, said Ron Kalb, a spokesman for Three Rivers.
The company has doubled its work force to 40 over the past four years, he said.
Kalb declined to disclose the cost of the building and its renovation. He also declined to provide revenue numbers for the privately held company.
The office was bought outright using cash reserves so the relocation will have minimal impact on the company’s balance sheet, Three Rivers officials said.
“In nearly 25 years of doing business as Three Rivers Systems, we have never borrowed a penny,” Tajkarimi said in a statement.
